Effective November 10, 2023, every direct booking via Maria's PetBNB is now covered through our insurance provider, giving you the peace of mind and the confidence to act quickly in an emergency.
Every booking made directly with us is backed by Maria's PetBNB Guarantee, which includes up to $1,000 in veterinarian expense reimbursement for eligible claims.
You may combine this with your existing pet insurance.
Who is Maria's PetBNB Guarantee for? Your fur baby!
Our guarantee is a reimbursement program primarily intended to protect your pets while they're in our care.
- Maria's PetBNB will reimburse costs after the first $500
- Covered for up to 15 days
- Damages to our property or home
- Injury to people
- Vet care costs beyond $1,000
- Any pre-existing conditions or preventives (fleas and ticks)
To be eligible, injuries or damages must result from care provided during a service booked and paid directly. The reimbursement helps in the event the responsible party is unwilling or unable to pay.
What to Include with Your Claims, if any 🤞
- All veterinary treatment records and invoices from a board-certified, practicing veterinarian
- Any photos, additional receipts, and other relevant documents
Important: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the injury. Once received, our insurance partner will process a determination of eligibility. Should we have any additional questions, we may follow up with you.
